With just as much passion, Obed’s first ministry is in his home where he leads alongside his wife, Lissette, as they parent two beautiful children, Jayden and Judah.

After facing a 16 years to life prison sentence, Jeff has dedicated his life to helping others design a life that is Loud, Large and Loved! He has had the opportunity to speak and train Churches, Presidents, Ivey League Collages attendees, over 600 Government officials, sports teams and Fortune 500 companies. Jeff is a firm believer that in order for true change and success to begin we must first begin transforming who we are from the inside out.
In order for this to take place we must define who we are by first deciding who we will not be. Being audacious in our goals and bold with our lives we can design a life full of Love and Legacy. Jeff is married to his high school sweet heart Nadya, and together they are blessed to parent 2 incredible children. Jeff is known for his saying, “If you don’t supersize your dream, you’ll live a Happy Meal life” - He is living proof!
MIKE HARLAN
Michael Harlan has been serving at Destiny Church for 13 years and is currently the Online Campus and Worship Pastor as well as the Central Producer for all campuses.
Michael attended Olivet College, Olivet Mich. where he received his Bachelor’s Arts Degree in Music/Business Education. Prior to coming on board with Destiny Church, Michael worked 25 years for the rental car industry in several capacities as Quality Control Manager, Area Manager. Retiring as Senior District Manager for Hertz Corporation Southern California District.
As part of the coaching team, “looking through the eyes of the customer” is the strategy and approach that Michael employs when coaching ministries and teams. By applying the three-step process of Discover, Develop and Deploy, it will allow teams to leverage key metrics and solutions which will unleash sustainable growth and strategize future organizational growth and development.
Mike is married to his dream girl Sherll wherein they serve in ministry together. They also have an amazing granddaughter Sydney who brings great joy to their life.
BILLY HEATHER
Billy is a son, husband, brother and friend. After being diagnosed with cancer at the age of 21, he developed a passion for Jesus and for people to encounter the truth and simplicity of the gospel story. Today he’s a pastor, speaker, author, creative and cancer survivor.
Billy met Jesus at Destiny Church in 2012, and then became part of the team. After six years of serving as the youth pastor, him and his wife became campus pastors for an additional two years..
He’s known for his simple yet profound teaching style that mystifies the Scriptures and makes following Jesus real. .His heart continues to be pastoring people and equipping leaders to practice the way of Jesus in their life, church, or business.
He’s also a contributor to youth pastor development, creative & marketing design, church consulting and ministry-structure organization. Him and his wife Randie currently reside in Torrance, CA.
